Terms & Conditions

All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or transferred.

***All vouchers purchased beween 18th March and 31st July 2020 will be valid until 31st December 2021*** with the exception of our Sober October Sleepover voucher which is valid for October 2020 only.

***Suite Summer Sundays*** These vouchers are valid from May to September 2021 subject to availability

***Suite Spring Sundays*** These vouchers are valid from January to April 2021 subject to availability

Gift vouchers are only valid for 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise specified.  After this date the voucher expires and will be no longer accepted.  You are required to bring the original voucher with you when redeeming, no photocopies will be accepted. 

For monetary value vouchers no cash change will be given if not fully utilised in any one transaction.  

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.  Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, however we will allow you to redeem against any products or services within the Hotel. For dining vouchers please be aware that supplements may apply.

Please treat this gift voucher as cash in terms of security as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.  Gift vouchers will be treated as void if they have been altered or tampered with in any way.
