All our gift vouchers feature a unique voucher number. They may only be redeemed once and cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost, or transferred.

Gift vouchers are only valid for 12 months from date of issue, unless otherwise specified.  After this date the voucher expires and will be no longer accepted.  You are required to bring the original voucher with you when redeeming, no photocopies will be accepted. 

For monetary value vouchers, no cash change will be given if not fully utilised in any one transaction.  

Gift vouchers cannot be returned or refunded once purchased.  Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, however, we will allow you to redeem them against any products or services within the Hotel. For dining vouchers, please be aware that supplements may apply.

Please treat this gift voucher as cash in terms of security, as they cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged.  Gift vouchers will be treated as void if they have been altered or tampered with in any way.

Payments for gift voucher purchases are handled via the Twenty Princes Street payment system, which is integrated with the Gift Voucher Brilliance software. All matters relating to customer payments or refunds are the responsibility of the venue. For clarification on venue-specific refund policies, customers should consult the venue’s FAQs and website.
